Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Happy Pets Store, we believe in helping our customers as much as possible, and therefore we follow a liberal cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
However, the cancellation request may not be accepted if the order has already been processed by our vendor/partner and is in the shipping phase.
Happy Pets Store does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as pet food, treats, or any other consumables. However, refund or replacement may be possible if the product delivered is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our Customer Support team within 2 days of receiving the product.
The request will be processed after verification by the vendor/partner.
Ensure that product packaging is preserved for verification purposes.
Product Mismatch or Dissatisfaction
If the product received is not as described or not as per your expectations, please contact our support team within 2 days of receipt.
Our team will assess your complaint and take appropriate action including replacement or refund.
Warranty Claims
For items covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to approach the manufacturer directly.
Refund Process
In case a refund is approved by Happy Pets Store, the refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days to the original mode of payment.
