1. Order Processing Time

Thank you for your order! Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and preparation. We strive to dispatch your items as quickly as possible, but during peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

  • Delivery Timeframe: 5–10 business days (on average)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier services. External factors such as holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen delays (e.g., natural disasters or transport disruptions) may occasionally affect delivery times. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as shipping is handled by third-party logistics providers.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — no questions asked.
To cancel, email us at support@happypetsstore.in with the subject line “CANCEL” and your order details.

Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Entered an incorrect address by mistake? No worries!

If you realize an error in your shipping details, please reply to your order confirmation email or email us immediately at support@happypetsstore.in or tap the WhatsApp icon at the bottom of the screen.
We can correct the address within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once an item is shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.

5. Damaged Items

We pack every product with care, using protective packaging. However, on rare occasions (approximately 1 in 1000), items may get damaged in transit.

If your item arrives damaged:

We’ll send you a replacement item free of charge once we verify the issue.
